HONEY CLUB FAQ

Payment for your first box will be charged to your tokenised credit card at the beginning of the first delivery month. Thereafter, payment will automatically be processed in the beginning of each delivery month.

Courier fee is included in the subscription cost.

The subscription boxes will be delivered in March, June, September and December, each year. Depending on when you sign up, you will receive your box in the upcoming delivery month (for example, if you sign up in April, you will receive your first delivery in June).

You can pause or cancel your subscription through your user account. Alternatively, cancellations can be made by emailing info@honeyhouse.org.za, but please ensure this is done prior to the scheduled payment for your upcoming box.

Yes, you can! To pause your subscription, simply log into your user account and adjust your subscription settings. If you need assistance, feel free to email us at info@honeyhouse.org.za, and we’ll help you out.
