HONEY CLUB TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Honey Club Subscription Terms and Conditions supplement our general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy available on our website.

Subscription
  • The Honey Club Subscription is available exclusively to residents of South Africa.
  • This is a quarterly subscription that continues until cancelled by you or us.
  • Each quarterly box includes various raw honey varieties and a special gift, with selections varying each quarter.
Price & Payment
  • All prices quoted include Value Added Tax (VAT).
  • The subscription fee remains fixed until subject to annual review for increase.
  • Honey House reserves the right to change the advertised prices by providing you 30 days prior notice.
  • The quarterly subscription amount will be charged to your credit card on the 1st of every delivery month (March, June, September, and December). Customers have the flexibility to manage their subscriptions independently.
  • Orders will not be dispatched unless payment has been successfully processed.
Product Query
  • For inquiries regarding received products, contact us at info@honeyhouse.org.za. Please provide your order number, detailed issue description, and attach a clear picture of the product.
Refunds
  • Should a refund be applicable, we will process this refund to the credit card used for the purchase.
Delivery
  • The Honey Club Subscription deliveries are scheduled every 3 months. Delivery will take place in the middle of the specific delivery month; March, June, September and December.
  • Delivery is subject to receipt of payment and will be made door to door to the address specified by you in your initial application.
  • Should your address change after signing up to our subscriptions service, it can be updated in your profile on the House House online shop website. Address changes needs to be done 48 hours before the delivery day.
  • Delivery costs for the quarterly subscription box are not included in the Honey Club subscription price.
  • We will not be held responsible for any delays, outside our control, which relate to the delivery of your orders.
  • It is your responsibility to report all lost deliveries to us within 24 hours. Failure to do so will result in no replacement.
Cancellation
  • To cancel your subscription, submit a written request to info@honeyhouse.org.za. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

  • We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in our system’s capabilities.
